Air India is looking for a skilled SAP Basis Consultant to join their team and support their client’s SAP environment under the RISE with SAP framework. This role demands expertise in managing cloud-hosted SAP systems, optimizing performance, and ensuring security compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• RISE with SAP Operations: Manage and monitor SAP systems in Private Cloud Edition, collaborate with SAP and hyperscaler teams (AWS, Azure, GCP) for infrastructure and lifecycle management, and support system onboarding, conversions, and migrations.
• System Administration: Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, transport management, client administration, kernel upgrades, system copies, and handle backup and recovery.
• Performance & Monitoring: Utilize SAP Solution Manager and other tools to monitor system health and optimize resource utilization.
• Security & Compliance: Implement SAP security policies, manage user roles and authorizations, and ensure data protection and audit compliance.
• Collaboration & Support: Partner with functional and development teams to support business processes and provide technical guidance during upgrades, patching, and integrations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years SAP Basis experience with 1–2 years in RISE with SAP or cloud SAP environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and cloud deployment.
• Experience with SAP HANA database administration.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and GCP hyperscaler platforms.
• Understanding of SAP BTP and integration technologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
