Litro Gas Lanka Ltd, a leading national brand in Sri Lanka’s LPG market with over 80% market share, is inviting applications for the position of Electrician. This role is critical to maintaining the uninterrupted supply of essential products across the country.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.
• Respond promptly to electrical breakdowns to reduce machine downtime and ensure smooth operations.
• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, panels, and equipment adhering to safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and repair faults in electrical systems, including hazardous areas and automated equipment.
• Inspect and diagnose malfunctioning systems, components, and wiring using proper testing tools.
• Ensure compliance with electrical installations and systems regulatory and safety standards.
• Read and interpret electrical blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
• Collaborate effectively with other trades, technicians, and contractors to complete maintenance and project tasks safely and efficiently.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• NVQ Level 4 full-time technical qualification in Electrical (ATL NC T, CG, TTI or equivalent) from a recognized technical institute.
• Minimum G.C.E. (O/L).
• Minimum 3 years proven experience as an electrician, preferably in an industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and safety procedures.
• Familiarity with industrial wiring.
• Basic literacy in Sinhala and English (reading and writing).
• Knowledge of mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic systems, and welding is an added advantage.
• Age below 40 years.
