Responsibilities
- Establish clear project ownership ensuring timely deliverables
- Lead technical teams and apply core agile principles
- Identify resource needs to meet project goals
- Prepare budget forecasts based on scope and resources
- Manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- Make proactive decisions to drive project success
- Provide timely status updates to stakeholders
- Mentor and motivate team members, leading by example
- Identify, assess, and control project risks
- Coordinate with multiple teams across different locations and time zones
- Ensure smooth project progression and recommend process improvements

Prerequisites
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Certifications like PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or PRINCE2 are advantageous
- Experience managing medium to large scale software development projects
- In-depth understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Hands-on experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of project planning, execution, and monitoring
- Awareness of product development concepts
