The Vice President – Human Resources will play a pivotal role in shaping a high-performing and agile organizational culture while optimizing HR operations and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a long-term HR strategy aligned with MillenniumIT ESP’s growth and transformation plans.
- Conduct organizational structural reviews to enhance efficiency, clarify roles, and align resources with business priorities.
- Support project-level human resource mapping across all Lines of Business (LOBs).
- Implement robust policies on compensation, benefits, and incentives to improve performance and ensure returns on people investments.
- Design a forward-looking Talent Development (T&D) strategy supporting emerging business needs.
- Establish a results-oriented appraisal framework to reinforce accountability and enable data-driven performance reviews.
- Enhance HR analytics and reporting to provide real-time dashboards on headcount, deployment, project costs, and employee productivity.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and proactively manage risks related to people, culture, and organizational structure.
- Promote an agile, transparent, disciplined, and innovative organizational culture.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Business Strategy is an advantage.
- Minimum 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, including at least 5 years in senior strategic HR roles within technology, digital services, or professional services sectors.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills with a proven record of influencing executive decision-making.
- Expertise in aligning HR strategy with business objectives, managing organizational change, and optimizing HR costs.
- Experience designing performance-based reward and incentive frameworks tied to business outcomes.
- Proficiency in talent planning, workforce optimization, and learning strategy design.
- Knowledge of HR analytics, project resource planning, system integration, and modern HR technologies.
