Key Responsibilities
- Provide superior service to Mobitel’s Premier and Enterprise customers through inbound and outbound calls.
- Maintain professional communication in English, Sinhala, and Tamil.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications proficiently to support daily tasks.
- Demonstrate flexibility and proactiveness in work and willing to work shifts.
Qualifications
- Minimum educational qualifications of GCE O/L and A/L.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and either Sinhala or Tamil.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
