Role Description

• Support various departments in daily operational activities
• Participate actively in training sessions and managerial functions
• Complete assigned projects to gain broad operational knowledge
• Acquire skills essential for future managerial responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Finance, or IT
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Basic understanding of business principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Power BI
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Previous internship or relevant work experience is an advantage
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges
