Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic roadmaps to expand exports for the building materials portfolio.
• Identify, evaluate, and engage with potential distributors, importers, and business partners in target markets.
• Build and nurture long-term international relationships, ensuring optimal commercial terms.
• Oversee all aspects of export operations, including compliance, documentation, logistics, pricing, and performance monitoring.
• Analyze global trends, trade dynamics, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
• Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and business forums.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Production, Marketing, Legal) to achieve export objectives seamlessly.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in export development, international business, or global sales.
• Experience in export-driven industries such as building materials, apparel, tires, food processing, or FMCG is advantageous.
• Sound knowledge of international trade regulations, Incoterms, documentation, and customs requirements.
• Proven success in market expansion, partnership development, and achieving export targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• A degree in International Business, Marketing, or related field; postgraduate qualifications are a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
