Job Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science from a recognized university or institute.
• NVQ Level 3 (National Vocational Qualification Level 4 in Sri Lanka).
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair IT equipment, especially notebooks, tablets, and PCs.
• Having a valid motorbike license and motorbike is an added advantage.
• Fluent communication skills in Sinhala is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Offer technical services to corporate level customers on site.
• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues primarily for notebooks, tablets, and PCs.
• Maintain professional communication and interaction with clients.
