Key Responsibilities

• Analyze needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Work with project teams on system integration deliverables within scope, timelines, and business expectations.
• Oversee system rollout and provide end-user support, including training and documentation.
• Manage organizational usage during platform migration and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including global service providers.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in technology and software.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work efficiently and independently.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and service providers.
