Scope of Work

• Assist in preparation and submission of monthly import statistics to relevant government authorities on time.
• Support the accurate calculation and processing of import duties, taxes, and related levies.
• Manage vendor-related payment processes through the SAP ERP system.
• Prepare vessel arrival schedules, check vessel clearance documents, verify certificates of origin to ensure product compliance, and review fuel quality specifications for incoming shipments.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date import records and documentation.

Candidate Profile

• Graduates or undergraduates specialized in Business Management, Maritime, Shipping, or Logistics & Supply Chain Management from a reputed university or institute.
• Preferably below 25 years of age.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and local languages.
• Computer literate with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Internship Details

• Allowance: LKR 65,000 per month.
• Location: Colombo 01.
