Seylan Bank is seeking a motivated and experienced Recovery Agency Coordinator to join the Card Centre team. This role involves managing and guiding recovery agency collectors to meet recovery targets effectively and ensuring smooth resolution and stabilization of accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Motivate, manage and guide agency collectors towards achieving recovery goals.
- Ensure external agency targets for monthly resolution and stabilization are met.
- Respond to customer queries and negotiate amicable settlements.
- Identify skip accounts and cases requiring legal action, ensuring timely handover as per policy.
- Conduct frequent visits to recovery agencies to monitor and track their performance.
- Analyze and report on the efficiency and effectiveness of external agencies.
- Provide guidance to field collectors to maximize recovery resolutions.
- Conduct training sessions to upskill agency coordinators and collectors.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5-6 years of experience in banking or financial institutions with at least 3 years in recoveries.
- Strong communication, leadership, coordination, and team-building skills.
- Attention to detail, work quality, and accuracy.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels internally and externally.
