Intern — Quantity Surveying Responsibilities
- Assist in taking off quantities and preparing basic measurements under guidance.
- Support in the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs), estimates, and tender-related documents.
- Maintain records of drawings, variations, and other quantity surveying documentation.
- Assist in collecting data for cost control, budgeting, and progress reporting.
- Support in the preparation of interim payment applications and certification processes.
- Coordinate with project teams to gather information required for quantity surveying tasks.
- Perform additional duties as requested by management.
Candidate Profile
- Completed or pursuing a Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word); knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
