SWISSTEK, a leader in innovative and sustainable building solutions, is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage and control the financial aspects of its construction and interior projects. This role ensures accuracy in cost estimates and budget management while maintaining contractual compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantities based on design specifications for interiors.
• Calculate material requirements for construction services.
• Prepare cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and tender documents.
• Manage project budgets and perform cost analysis.
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations and variations.
• Prepare interim valuations and final accounts.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams.

Requirements

• Qualified Quantity Surveyor with a minimum Bachelor’s Degree, BSc or HND in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
• Age between 30 and 40 years.
• At least 4-5 years of relevant work experience in construction or civil engineering projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and Quantity Surveying software.
