Join Abans Group, a leading Sri Lankan conglomerate providing targeted solutions across real estate, engineering, retail, and automotive sectors. We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Representative / Sales Executive for our AC Department to drive sales and strengthen customer relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell air-conditioning products to walk-in and corporate customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical guidance to customers.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure excellent after-sales service.
- Prepare sales reports and update sales records accurately.
Experience and Qualifications
- Previous experience in AC, electronics, or home appliances sales is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Pleasant personality with a customer-focused mindset.
- Education: GCE A/L or equivalent; Diploma in Sales or Marketing is a plus.
- Must possess a valid riding or driving licence.
