NCG Holdings is recruiting an experienced finance professional for the position of Head of Finance to oversee the financial operations of its Automobile and Transport businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage overall financial operations of the Automobile and Transport sector businesses.
• Ensure full compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, statutory requirements, and internal financial policies.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and management reports to provide insights supporting strategic decision-making and sector growth.
• Coordinate internal and external audits, manage financial risks, and reinforce internal controls and governance frameworks across sector companies.
• Supervise and develop the finance team to enhance performance and capability.

Key Requirements

• Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (ICASL).
• Additional qualifications such as CIMA, ACCA, or MBA will be advantageous.
• 8 to 12 years of progressive finance experience, including 3 to 5 years in senior managerial or leadership roles within large diversified corporates, preferably in Automobile or Transport sectors.
• Hands-on experience with ERP implementation.
• Strong expertise in financial statement preparation, taxation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Industry-specific financial expertise in Automobile or Transport business operations, cost structures, and regulatory requirements is highly regarded.
