Join NDB Bank as an Operations Lead specializing in Supply Chain Finance, where you will drive business strategies, oversee transaction processing, and manage client relations within a dynamic banking environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and align strategies, business plans, and operations plans related to Supply Chain Finance, focusing on business segment and product portfolio mix to achieve targets.
• Oversee end-to-end processing of Distributor & Supplier Finance Transactions and manage smooth onboarding onto the TradeLinc Platform.
• Ensure timely reconciliation and submission of GI-IPL transactions according to policy and implement risk control practices for all SCF products.
• Act as the primary operational contact for Anchor clients, ensuring smooth service delivery and issue resolution, including conducting training and workshops for internal and external teams.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate TradeLinc with Anchor ERP systems to enhance transaction speed, accuracy, and client experience.
• Maintain strict adherence to regulatory requirements (KYC/AML) and internal/external audit procedures with a zero-tolerance approach.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Banking, Supply Chain Finance, Trade Finance, or financial operations within a banking environment.
• Additional qualification in Supply Chain Finance by ICC CTFP or LIBF is an advantage.
• Experience with Supply Chain Finance platforms, ERP integration, and banking transaction systems is preferred.
• Exceptional analytical, risk management, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
