The Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) is seeking motivated Junior Executives to join their regional branches in Gampaha, Jaffna, and Matara (CSE Education Academy). This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to Sri Lanka’s capital market by promoting investor awareness and supporting educational programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in administrative functions of the CSE Education Academy and Marketing departments.
• Promote CSE’s educational products and investor awareness initiatives.
• Conduct market research, develop educational content, and ensure its quality.
• Organize and implement investor education programs and regional events.
• Liaise with schools and universities to disseminate knowledge about the capital market.
• Maintain effective investor relations and assist with investor queries.
• Manage market-related information at the branch for stakeholder reference.
• Attend to branch administration tasks.
• Perform other duties necessary within the functional scope of CSE.

Key Requirements

• A degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a corporate environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Sinhala, and Tamil.
• Strong data analytical skills and attention to detail.
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to work well in diverse teams.
• Preference given to candidates residing near Gampaha, Jaffna, or Matara.
