Key Responsibilities

  • Scan employee personal files and related documents accurately
  • Create and maintain separate electronic files (e-files) for employees
  • Ensure scanned documents are clear, complete, and properly indexed
  • Verify document quality and rectify scanning errors when necessary
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and security of employee records
  • Follow company guidelines and best practices for document management
  • Meet daily scanning and file processing targets assigned by supervisors
  • Report progress and operational issues to the project coordinator or supervisor
  • Assist with document sorting, preparation, archiving, and data management activities

Requirements

  • Passed G.C.E. A/L in any stream
  • Prior data entry or document management experience is an advantage
  • Strong IT literacy with good knowledge of MS Excel
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Committed to meeting deadlines and daily targets
