Brandix invites applications for the position of Executive – Corporate Communication based in Colombo, Western Province, Sri Lanka. This role supports corporate communication and branding efforts targeting both internal and external stakeholders by crafting creative content and monitoring the company’s website.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with Brandix’s business and brand objectives.
• Create, curate, and manage engaging content such as posts, videos, reels, and blogs across various platforms to enhance reach and engagement.
• Plan and execute campaigns, including influencer collaborations, to drive growth and support marketing priorities.
• Monitor performance metrics, trends, and analytics to optimize content and campaigns while maintaining a competitive online presence.
• Engage with followers and communities, manage the company’s online reputation, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging consistency.

Qualifications

• A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or related fields with 2–5 years of professional social media experience, preferably in brand or agency settings.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and YouTube, alongside current trends and analytics.
• Proficiency in social media management tools such as Meta Business Suite and basic content creation tools like Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and CapCut.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities combined with creativity in copywriting and a data-driven strategic mindset.
• Ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, and a passion for digital trends and community engagement.

This is a full-time role based in Colombo with no indication of remote work options.
