Cargills Bank is inviting applications for the position of Executive in Information Systems Audit. This role involves supporting the annual IS audit plan, verifying adherence to procedures and internal controls, and assessing effectiveness of information system securities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support achievement of the annual Information Systems Audit plan including special assignments and investigations.
- Verify and ensure adherence to laid-down procedures and internal control guidelines across business and support functions.
- Provide opinions on the effectiveness of internal controls and security of information systems by conducting reviews.
- Review and update audit programs including tests on new/amended procedures and regulations.
- Verify compliance mechanisms related to internal guidelines, regulatory requirements, ISO 27001, and other applicable information security standards.
Experience & Qualifications
- Degree from a recognized university or membership in a professional body in IT, Information Security, or related fields.
- IS audit certifications are preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with IT audits and/or information security, preferably in a reputed commercial bank, financial institute, or audit firm.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and travel to outstations as required.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
