Cargills Bank PLC invites qualified candidates to apply for the position of Manager in Information Systems Audit. This role is essential for maintaining robust information security controls and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare the annual IS Audit plan and ensure timely achievement.
• Lead the IS Audit Team by providing guidance and support.
• Verify the design, control, and security effectiveness of information systems through routine and special reviews.
• Ensure adequacy of data security measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the bank’s IT systems.
• Verify compliance with internal guidelines, regulatory requirements, ISO 27001, and other relevant information security standards.
• Review audit and follow-up reports and prepare presentations for management and the Board audit committee.

Experience & Qualifications

• Degree from a recognized university or membership in a professional body related to Information Technology or Information Security is mandatory.
• CISA qualification or MSc in Information Security or equivalent qualification on IT audits or information security is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT audits, preferably within reputed commercial banks, financial institutions, or audit firms.
• Previous managerial experience is a definite advantage.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and willingness to work extra hours and travel outstation as required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical abilities and exceptional interpersonal skills.
