Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve overall business development goals assigned to the specific branch by implementing strategies suited to the branch geography.
  • Ensure new customer acquisition targets are met through regular customer visits.
  • Achieve operational excellence in the branch by ensuring adherence to regulatory, compliance, and operational policies of the Bank.
  • Lead and motivate all customer interfacing staff in cross-selling and business development.
  • Maintain superior customer service standards.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of work experience in a commercial bank, including at least 3 years as an Assistant Branch Manager or Credit Officer.
  • Excellent marketing skills, credit and operational knowledge.
  • Full or part qualification in Banking or completion of a recognized professional qualification.
  • Trilingual conversational ability is a definite advantage.
  • Good interpersonal skills with an outgoing personality.
  • Team player with a performance-driven and service-oriented mindset.
