This Management Trainee program by Cargills Bank PLC is a two-year on-the-job training initiative designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of overall Branch Banking functions. Successful candidates completing the program with acceptable performance standards will be absorbed into the bank’s Executive Grade cadre.

Experience & Qualifications

• A degree from a recognized institute with a minimum of 2nd class upper division.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Very good presentation and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Positive attitude and strong motivation.
• Achievements in sports, extra-curricular activities, or events demonstrating leadership and managerial capabilities will be an advantage.
• Age below 27 years.
• Willingness to serve in any part of the country.
