Job Description

Selected trainees will undergo a structured six-month training program, delivering practical exposure to various facets of sales, marketing, and business development.

Candidate Requirements

• Fresh graduates in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• Age below 30 years.
• Multi-skilled individuals with proven achievements in sports and/or extracurricular activities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel and work across different markets or regions if required.

Compensation & Benefits

• Basic monthly remuneration of LKR 60,000 during the training period.
• After successful completion of training, promotion to Senior Marketing Executive with a total package of LKR 105,000.
• Company-maintained vehicle and performance-based incentives.
