Ceylon Petroleum Storage Terminals Limited (CPSTL), a leading common user facility serving major petroleum companies across Sri Lanka, is currently seeking qualified candidates for the position of Management Trainee, Grade A-7 on a permanent basis.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A three (3) year Bachelor’s General Degree with Second Class Upper Division from a UGC-recognized university or institution in any stream, or
- A four (4) year Bachelor’s Special Degree with Second Class Lower Division from a UGC-recognized university or institution in any stream
- Fluency in English is an added advantage
- Age limit: below 30 years
Salary and Benefits
- Salary Scale: Grade A-7 salary totaling to LKR 201,420
- EPF contributions: Company will contribute an amount equal to employee’s contribution
- Employees will receive an additional 3% salary contribution toward the ETF
Employment and Training Details
- Initial appointment as Management Trainee at Grade A-7
- Successful completion of two-year training program required for promotion to Grade A-6
- Permanent absorption to vacant Grade A-6 positions based on recommendation and performance
- Compulsory five-year service agreement with a Surety Bond signed at appointment
Selection Procedure
Candidates must sit for a competitive examination conducted by an external body. Selection will be based on exam results and interview performance.
