Demak Lanka (Pvt) Ltd invites experienced sales professionals to join their team as Executive and Senior Executive Spare Parts Sales in various districts of Sri Lanka. Candidates will be responsible for achieving sales targets, dealer network management, and promotional activities within the motorcycle spare parts and automobile industry.
Positions and Locations
- Executive – Spare Parts Sales: Colombo and Gampaha Districts
- Senior Executive – Spare Parts Sales: Kurunagala, Puttalam, Kandy, Nuwara Eliya Districts
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve agreed monthly sales targets
- Implement planned advertising and promotional activities
- Onboard new spare parts dealers
- Monitor dealer network and evaluate dealer performance
Requirements
- Experience with motorcycle spare parts, lubricants, chemicals and good knowledge of the automobile industry
- Completed G.C.E. O/L and A/L with a recognized marketing qualification
- 1-2 years of field sales/marketing experience with proven performance
- Strong marketing flair with good communication skills
- Ability to work under minimum supervision and meet deadlines
- Pleasant personality with positive attitude, interpersonal and networking skills
- Young, energetic, dynamic, goal-driven personality adaptable to various conditions
