Dialog Axiata PLC is looking for a passionate and dynamic Assistant Manager – Learning and Development to drive strategic learning and development initiatives, focusing on AI and analytics at Dialog Academy and AI Academy.

Key Responsibilities

  • L&D Business Partnering: Conduct annual training needs analysis, manage training budgets, and ensure impactful learning outcomes.
  • Dialog Academy Development: Design and implement learning curriculums aligned with the business strategy, develop vendor partnerships, and offer blended learning solutions.
  • Service Training & E-Learning: Manage service training pillars, LMS content updates, quality assurance, and learner engagement campaigns.
  • Learning Analytics: Provide dashboards and analytics to measure training program ROI and effectiveness; recommend continuous improvements.

Candidate Profile

  • Education: Degree in Management, IT, Engineering, HR, Analytics, or related fields; MBA is a plus.
  • Experience: 3-4 years in Telecom, Business Operations, or Analytics/AI domains.
  • Skills: Strategic thinking, negotiation, change management, agile methodologies, and high-level planning.
