Fits Express, located in New City Office, Colombo 03, is seeking an experienced Corporate Inside Sales Executive to join its Sri Lanka team. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, delivering excellent service, and expanding business within a fast-paced inside sales environment in the logistics and courier industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new corporate business opportunities for international courier, freight, and logistics services.
• Engage with prospective and existing clients through phone, email, and virtual meetings to provide tailored solutions and close sales.
• Manage inbound corporate inquiries, prepare proposals, and follow up to convert leads into active customers.
• Maintain and grow a portfolio of assigned corporate accounts with exceptional service and relationship management.
• Coordinate with operations, customer service, and finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate sales records, update CRM systems, and prepare sales performance reports.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to uncover opportunities for growth.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 2 years experience in corporate or B2B sales, preferably in logistics, courier, or freight forwarding.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to quickly build rapport and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
