Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional business strategies in line with company goals.
- Supervise and coach field sales representatives according to company processes.
- Monitor daily sales operations to ensure effective route-to-market execution.
- Achieve monthly targets related to volume, distribution, visibility, and coverage.
- Track team performance and provide constructive feedback and reviews.
- Train and develop field sales teams on selling skills and product knowledge.
- Implement trade and promotional activities at point of sale, guiding the sales team.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, including pricing and product display.
- Maintain strong relationships with key retailers and distributors for sustainable growth.
Candidate Requirements
- Degree in a relevant field or part/fully qualified in CIM or SLIM.
- Minimum 7-8 years overall sales experience.
- Results-driven with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- High aptitude in Sales Force Management and business acumen.
- Excellent negotiation skills and execution excellence.
- Consumer-centric approach and strong coaching skills.
- Trilingual in Sinhala, Tamil, and English is a definite advantage.
