Key Responsibilities
- Assist with student inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits.
- Support the enrollment process, including documentation and data entry.
- Guide prospective students through admission requirements and procedures.
- Participate in student recruitment events and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on enrollment campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on student applications.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity.
- Full or part qualification in Sales/Marketing from a recognized institution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry tools.
- Ability to handle student inquiries professionally.
- A proactive and team-oriented attitude.
