This role involves collaborating with account managers, technical teams, and clients to ensure successful presales engagements aligned with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client requirements specified in RFP/EOI/RFQ documents.
• Assist the presales lead in liaising with account managers and technical teams to clarify client needs.
• Engage with stakeholders including clients, internal teams, and third parties to clarify and understand project scopes.
• Support defining project scope and delivery approaches with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure smooth and timely execution of presales activities.
• Schedule and manage progress meetings, communicate status updates promptly.
• Identify potential impacts to presales delivery and develop mitigation plans.
• Manage presales status reports and documentation effectively.
• Organize stakeholder meetings and maintain thorough meeting minutes.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project proposal documentation, plans, and reports.
• Provide administrative support by maintaining presales document repositories.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar presales or coordination role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
