Person Specifications
- Degree or Diploma in IT or an equivalent qualification.
- CCNA qualification is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Microsoft O365.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and network systems.
- Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Patience and persistence.
