Job Profile
- Coordinate and manage customs approvals for bunkering and tanker operations
- Assist in maintaining proper documentation for bunkering / tanker activities
- Post tanker ocean gain/loss data related documentation work
- Daily stock accounting and SAP operations
- Record & upload daily dip measurements in SAP for petroleum and lubricants products
- Post daily stock gain/loss entries in SAP for White Oil, Black Oil and Lube Oil
- Carry out monthly and quarterly stock account closing entries and related SAP activities
- Stock reconciliation and reporting
- Assist in Sales Distribution team in shipment planning, invoicing and documentation
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management / Accounting from a recognized university will be an added advantage
- Should possess G.C.E. A/L and G.C.E. O/L qualifications
- Candidate should possess minimum of one year of industrial working experience, preferably in Terminal Operations
- Should be below 27 years of age
- Exposure in SAP would be an added advantage
- Hands-on experience in stock balancing, inventory management and report generation
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English is essential
