Scope of Work
- Assist in organizing outdoor branding and hoarding campaigns
- Support CSR-related branding initiatives
- Liaise with PR agencies, social media teams, and print media agencies
- Assist in supplier/vendor documentation and coordination
- Help with supplier payment coordination
- Maintain records related to branding, sponsorships, and advertising activities
- Support organization of lube-related events
- Support sponsorship documentation, including preparation of note sheets
- Manage logistics related to promotional campaigns and events
Candidate Profile
- Graduates or undergraduates specialized in Business Management, Event Management, Marketing, or equivalent qualifications from a reputed university or institute
- Preferably below 25 years of age
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and local languages
- Computer literate with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
