Key Responsibilities

• Conduct internal audits aligned with company policy and auditing standards.
• Review financial statements, accounting records, and relevant documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Assess internal control systems and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks.
• Identify non-compliance, risks, and process inefficiencies; report findings to the Chief Internal Auditor.
• Prepare detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations and follow up on corrective actions.
• Maintain proper audit documentation and files.
• Collaborate with various departments to promote transparency and improve internal processes.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• IGC Recognized Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Management; part qualifications in CA, ACCA, CIMA, or CMA are acceptable.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Internal or External Audit.
• Excellent report writing, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Strong team player committed to achieving results.
• Age below 35 years.
