LTL Holdings Limited, a leading diversified power sector conglomerate with over 40 years of experience, is seeking an IT Executive. The role involves supporting IT infrastructure across various subsidiaries in Sri Lanka, including locations in Spugaskanda, Kerawalapitiya, Hendala, and Wattala. Candidates should be self-motivated with a passion for IT excellence and the ability to work independently.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide first level technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues
• Install, configure, and maintain workstations, servers, and networking equipment
• Monitor system performance and ensure security and availability of IT systems and networks
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, network connectivity, and enterprise applications
• Manage user accounts, access control, and data backups
• Coordinate with external vendors and support partners for IT services and issue resolution
• Manage IT procurement activities and maintain documentation and asset inventory
• Support implementation and rollout of new IT projects within LTL Holdings

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support and systems/network administration
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems; experience with SAP Business One is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure management and information security protocols
• Experience with Firewalls, EDR/XDR Solutions, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure Cloud
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
