Mobitel is seeking dedicated and proactive individuals to join their Contact Centre team as Junior Executives or Executives. This role involves providing superior customer service to Mobitel’s premier and enterprise customer segments through inbound and outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a superior level of service to premier and enterprise customers.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English and either Sinhala or Tamil.
  • Strong customer service skills and a proactive approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Flexibility to work on shifts.
  • Minimum educational qualifications of GCE O/L and A/L.
