NCINGA hiring Intern – Datacenter Pre-Sales – Apply Now

NCINGA invites enthusiastic and proactive graduates or undergraduates to join as a Datacenter Pre-Sales Intern. This internship offers practical exposure to enterprise datacenter solutions, involving assisting the pre-sales team with solution proposals, technical documentation, and sales support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing technical proposals, Bill of Materials (BOMs), and solution documentation.
• Support gathering customer requirements and mapping to appropriate solutions.
• Participate in solution design discussions under senior engineers’ guidance.
• Prepare and maintain presentations, diagrams, and network designs for customer meetings.
• Conduct basic product research and competitive analysis for solution positioning.
• Assist in preparing responses to RFPs/RFQs ensuring customer requirements compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to acquire technical and commercial information.

Qualifications

• B.Sc. Graduate or Undergraduate in Telecommunication, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related disciplines.
• Basic understanding of Virtualisation, Storage, and cloud concepts; VMware knowledge is a plus.
• Eager to learn solution design, proposal development, and sales processes.
• Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with Visio or diagramming tools is advantageous.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and motivated to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Gain expertise in at least two datacenter technology areas during the internship.
• Create solutions aligned with customer needs and industry best practices.
• Prepare accurate and comprehensive BOMs for proposed solutions.
• Deliver clear and professional presentations, diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Support customer requirement gathering and transform these into actionable designs.
