As a Digital Marketing Intern, you’ll help shape outreach across Sri Lanka, Singapore, Dubai, and Australia, supporting lead generation and driving engagement for cutting-edge cloud and cybersecurity solutions. - Digital Campaign Execution: Assist in planning and executing email, LinkedIn, and social media campaigns targeting B2B prospects.
- Lead Generation Support: Work closely with the sales team to generate and nurture leads through digital channels.
- Content Marketing Support: Assist in creating posts, email templates, and campaign content based on whitepapers, case studies, and solution briefs.
- Marketing Automation & CRM: Learn and use tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar to track campaigns and manage leads.
- Market Research: Research industry trends, competitor activities, and target account profiles in Sri Lanka, Singapore, Dubai, and Australia.
- Performance Reporting: Track, measure, and report campaign results including engagement, clicks, leads generated, and conversions.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interest in digital marketing, B2B marketing, or tech-driven businesses.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, email marketing platforms, or basic design tools like Canva.
- Analytical mindset with a willingness to learn CRM, marketing automation, and digital selling tools.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Basic understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology (advantage but not mandatory).
KPIs
- Digital Outreach Support: Deliver a minimum of 200 targeted outreach activities per week (across LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels).
- Campaign Engagement Rate: Achieve a minimum reply/engagement rate of 10% on digital campaigns.
- Content Development: Support the creation and publishing of 3–5 social media or marketing content pieces per week aligned with campaign goals.
- Lead Generation Support: Contribute to the generation of 8–10 qualified leads per month through marketing campaigns and outreach activities.
- CRM Accuracy & Maintenance: Maintain ≥90% data accuracy in CRM, ensuring lead and campaign records are up to date.
- Learning & Tool Adoption: Complete onboarding and gain functional proficiency in digital marketing tools (CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools) within the first month
