Join NDB Bank as a Leasing Associate at the Dambulla Branch and play a key role in growing and maintaining the leasing portfolio. Responsibilities

• Identify and capture new customers and cross-selling opportunities for leasing with alternative strategies to grow the Branch portfolio.
• Ensure high portfolio quality through prudent credit assessment and evaluations; improve credit proposal standards to maintain quality.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager, AVP Leasing, Chief Manager Leasing, Cluster Managers, and Sales Manager to identify and mitigate operational risks with minimal business disruption.
• Support the Branch Manager by arranging, promoting, and visiting customers to enhance cross-selling of products.
• Maintain security documents properly and ensure the accuracy of legal documents before lodgement.
• Verify correctness of legal agreements including applications, guarantee bonds, acceptance receipts, delivery orders, and RMV-related documents.

Qualifications and Experience

• Part qualified in Banking, Finance, or any related field.
• Minimum of 2 years banking experience.
• Ability to work independently and possess a high level of computer literacy.
• Position is at Junior Executive level.
