Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest reception and handling telephone inquiries
  • Manage courier and package deliveries
  • Coordinate meeting room reservations and related entertainment
  • Assist F&B supervisor with VIP and guest entertainment tasks
  • Maintain stationery stock and office supplies
  • Handle payment transactions and front desk operations
  • Support general administrative duties as required

Key Requirements:

  • Undergraduate or school leaver with strong command of English; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably in a Chinese company
  • Strong customer service skills and basic administration knowledge
  • Ability to work autonomously, under pressure, and flexible with working hours
  • Professional appearance and communication skills
