Sampath Bank is looking for a skilled Graphic Designer with experience in banking or corporate environments to join their team. This role requires proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and basic skills in 2D animation/motion graphics.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience (Banking/Corporate preferred)
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Basic 2D animation/motion graphics skills (After Effects) are an advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Develop visual content according to bank requirements
• Create layouts for digital posts, website, posters, and other formats
• Adapt designs for different platforms and formats
• Collaborate effectively with various business units

Other Competencies Required

• Strong attention to detail and brand consistency
• Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple briefs
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Understanding of corporate and compliance-driven environments
