Key Responsibilities

• Design and deploy advanced machine learning models that solve complex business challenges and bring AI-driven applications to life.
• Collaborate closely with researchers, product managers, and other stakeholders to develop and scale AI solutions.
• Implement scalable data pipelines and optimize models for production performance.
• Contribute to projects incorporating the latest AI technologies and innovative approaches.
• Engage with current AI/ML research, participate in code reviews, share knowledge, and uphold engineering best practices.
• Monitor and maintain deployed systems to continuously deliver value to individuals and society.

Desired Skills and Competencies

• Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience with deep learning transformer models such as BERT, GPT, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Hands-on experience working with large-scale distributed systems and developing scalable language models including distillation, supervised fine-tuning, and policy optimization.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable code across multiple programming languages and frameworks.
• Familiarity with MLOps best practices and tools.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and keep stakeholders informed.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle ambiguity while delivering results.

Other Conditions

• This is a contract position for a period of two years.
• Salary is negotiable and competitive.
