SLT-MOBITEL, a leading digital technology company in Sri Lanka, is seeking high caliber and results-oriented AI Solution Architects to join their AI & Data Business team. This role focuses on driving AI transformational migrations and supporting innovations in AI, data, and security engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead the AI strategy aligned with business objectives and innovation goals.
• Architect and design scalable, secure, and efficient AI solutions, including data pipelines, model deployment frameworks, and enterprise integration.
• Guide the development, training, and optimization of machine learning and deep learning models to achieve performance and reliability standards.
• Evaluate, select, and recommend AI tools, platforms, and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and SageMaker based on project requirements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data scientists, software engineers, and DevOps teams for cohesive AI solution development.
• Ensure AI systems comply with ethical standards and data privacy regulations like POPA and GDPR, including responsible AI practices and bias mitigation.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate AI system risk management.

Desired Skills and Competencies

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience in a similar AI architecture or development role.
• Advanced programming skills in Python, R, Scala, or Java.
• Strong machine learning and deep learning experience.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable machine learning systems.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Contract appointment for a period of two years.
