Swisstek Aluminium is looking for a motivated Showroom Sales Assistant to be the first point of contact for customers, guiding homeowners, architects, and contractors in exploring our high-quality aluminium systems and ensuring an outstanding brand experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily showroom operations to maintain a clean, professional and welcoming environment.
- Engage walk-in customers and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Explain technical and design features of aluminium architectural solutions clearly and persuasively.
- Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on leads to convert sales.
- Maintain updated product displays, catalogues, and promotional materials.
- Gather customer feedback to support product and service improvement.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Architecture, or related field.
- Experience in sales, showroom management, or customer service, preferably in construction or building materials.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse customer groups.
- Basic understanding of architectural drawings or aluminium systems is an advantage.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is preferred.
- Results-driven, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
