Swisstek Roofmaster, a leader in high-quality Zinc-Aluminium coated steel roofing and related products, is seeking a Manager / Assistant Manager for Sales and Administration. This leadership role focuses on driving sales performance, managing key client relationships, and overseeing all administrative functions to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and volume targets across product lines.
• Lead and motivate sales and administration teams, setting clear goals and providing coaching.
• Act as primary contact for key industrial and corporate clients to expand the customer base.
• Oversee order-to-cash process: inquiry, order placement, delivery, invoicing, and payment collection.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, inventory, and production schedules in coordination with Factory/Operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with all commercial, administrative, and financial policies.
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and administrative efficiency to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales management, business development, or senior administrative role, preferably in construction, steel, or roofing sectors.
• Proven leadership experience managing sales and/or administrative teams.
• Strong business acumen with excellent analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Sinhala/Tamil is an advantage.
