Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Production, Operations or related field
• 2 to 3 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably FMCG and food industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in production planning software and MS Office
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and oversee production activities from start to finish
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow
• Monitor production timelines and budgets to meet targets
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues in real time
• Maintain quality control standards and compliance with safety regulations
• Prepare and maintain detailed production reports and documentation

Location: Ranminika, Milleniya, Bandaragama, Sri Lanka
