SLT-Mobitel is currently hiring Junior Executives and Executives for the Customer Resolutions Management team. This role focuses on ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints and requests, maintaining high standards of customer service through various digital and non-voice channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all customer complaints and requests are resolved and actioned within the Turn Around Time (TAT) and service guidelines.
  • Respond to customer queries through non-voice and digital channels, maintaining quality in alignment with Mobitel standards.

Requirements

  • Passes in GCE A/L’s or possession of a diploma in General Management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation capabilities.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to multi-task and provide quick and effective resolutions.
