Key Responsibilities
- Drive liability product (Fixed Deposits) sales and achieve business goals.
- Lead, motivate, and guide the sales team to meet targets.
- Develop and strengthen customer relationships to expand the liability portfolio.
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and Central Bank of Sri Lanka regulations.
Experience and Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in liability/product sales within Banking or Financial Services.
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Target-oriented mindset with proven sales results.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and grow the customer base.
