The successful candidate will lead marketing and recruitment initiatives aiming at achieving student enrolment goals both locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective marketing and recruitment strategies to achieve student enrolment targets.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the student recruitment and marketing team to ensure successful outcomes.
• Plan and execute recruitment campaigns, events, webinars, exhibitions, and visits to schools and universities.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with referral agents, schools, universities, and other key stakeholders.
• Manage digital marketing, social media platforms, and promotional channels to enhance brand visibility.
• Track, analyze, and report recruitment performance metrics and student conversion data.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and professional responses to student inquiries from the team.
• Continuously research and adopt innovative approaches based on market trends in higher education.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field; Master’s qualification preferred.
• Minimum 5 years proven experience in marketing, sales, or student recruitment (education sector experience preferred).
• Proven leadership skills in managing teams and external partnerships.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a results-driven focus.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media management, and CRM systems is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and leadership capabilities with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
